Our project involves thè development of tools for thè management of thè sales network, creating a B2B portai that allows thè commercial consultant to orient himself and at thè same time to carry out thè sale directly from a tablet or smartphone through an authenticated signature procedure that simultaneously sends an email to thè customer and coordinates with thè corporate CRM. Obviously all this data will be archived and thè data security component will have to be managed. In this way, our goal is to save time by avoiding as much as possible inspections by our technicians in distant locations. Furthermore, thè potential buyer will not have to wait for technical times to receive an answer to his needs. Finally, thè task of our sales and consultancy network will be greatly facilitated by being able to propose effective Solutions quickly.
